PixelWebTech sells services and digital products only. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.
1. Digital products (ebooks)
- Delivery is instant. After successful payment you are taken to a download page, and the download link is also sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- If you haven't received access within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll send it manually.
2. Website and digital services
- Services are delivered online: design previews, staging links, the live website, source files and login credentials are shared by email or WhatsApp.
- Delivery timelines are agreed in your quote before the project starts. Typical timelines are 1–2 weeks for a basic website, 3–4 weeks for Business Standard and 5–7 weeks for an e-commerce store.
- Delays caused by pending content, feedback or approvals from your side extend the timeline by the same amount.
