These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pixelwebtech.in and any service or digital product you buy from PixelWebTech ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
PixelWebTech is a web development and digital services business based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We build websites, online stores and web applications, provide SEO, branding and maintenance services, and sell digital products such as ebooks.
2. Services
- The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of every project are agreed in writing (quote, proposal, email or WhatsApp) before work starts.
- Payment follows the schedule in your quote. Our standard schedule is 50% to start the project, 25% after design approval and 25% on launch.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.
- Hosting, domain, paid plugins and third-party subscriptions are paid directly to those providers unless your quote says otherwise.
- You are responsible for the content (text, images, logos, product data) you provide, and confirm you have the rights to use it.
- After full payment, ownership of the final website files and design is transferred to you. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
3. Digital products
- Digital products (such as ebooks) are delivered electronically right after successful payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not copy, share, resell or publicly distribute it.
- Ebooks offer general information only and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Results depend on the reader.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in all our work. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid us for that service or product. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways or plugin vendors.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website and our digital products belong to PixelWebTech and may not be copied without our written permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
